Is a 600 Watt PSU enough to power all this?
I bought a Corsair 600 Watt PSU... I don't know if it's enough though.
Here's the stuff I bought for my build:
EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SE 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.20GHz Black Edition (Socket AM3) Processor - Retail
Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AMD 880 (Socket AM3) DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Cooler
Xigmatek XLF-F1256 120mm LED Fan - Blue x 2
Samsung F3 HD103SJ 1TB internal Hard Drive SATAII 32MB Cache 7200RPM – OEM
Sony AD-5260S-0B 24x Internal DVDRW SATA Black Bare
Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 2 x 2GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory
Yes, that's more than enough. Any decent 550W psu can handle all of that (500W for most systems but you've got a Phenom II X6 processor. You've got a Corsair (which is better than decent) plus it's 600W so you're well in the clear.
Unfortunately that's not a good graphics card choice. The 1gb GTX 460 "SE" models are slower-clocked versions- they're slower than 768mb GTX 460 cards and the Radeon HD 6850. I recommend returning that card unopened in exchange for one of these:

Unless you're trying to game at 2560x1600 or running multiple monitors, it will outperform 1gb SE cards.
