How to Fix Broken Xbox 360 With the Red Ring of Death Error
The Microsoft Xbox 360 is steadily becoming one of the most powerful gaming consoles in the market. Apart from its life like graphics, the 360 has the ability to let players experience another level of gaming through its online capabilities. When it comes to problems having a broken Xbox 360 is on the top of the list.
One of the most notable problems the Xbox has ever encountered is the red ring of death.
The red ring of death is defined as the state of the Xbox console where it is inoperable. The reason why it is called the red ring of death is that the lights on the console turn red. Hardware failure is another common term used with the red ring of death. Although this type of problem is common and the solution is easily dealt with, it comes off as a costly solution.
People would tend to send their console back for repair and pay a large amount of money. This is for those who are covered with the guarantee given by Microsoft. Expect more payment for those who are out of warranty.
While people would think that doing the repair themselves would be an easy task remember that you are dealing with a technical problem here. So you would then opt for a technician to take a look at your broken Xbox 360. Yet more hard earned cash gone to waste.
The infamous "towel method" is usually used to correct the problem but little do they know that it would only make the problem worse. The towel method is done by wrapping your Xbox 360 with a towel.
The reason as to why this is a bad idea is that the cause of the red ring of death is overheating. And if you wrap your Xbox 360 with a towel, it only promotes and generates more heat thus ultimately destroying your console. The best thing you need to do is to keep your console in a ventilated room and keep it cool as possible.
There are a lot of do-it-yourself ideas that can help you solve the red ring of death. You can search for the internet for some of these techniques. You can check out a lot of instructional guides online. Or you can check your repair manual for some guides on how to repair your console.
The best way to repair your console is to upgrade the heatsink. you can now obtain the same upgraded heatsink Microsoft use to fix this problem, without having to send the console away to Microsoft. It takes less than an hour to do this and if you know what you are doing may only take you half that time.
The newer heatsink is nearly twice the size of the old one and there is plenty of space for it in the case. Once you have replaced it your broken Xbox 360 problems will be in the past.
If your Xbox 360 is failing with 3 red lights here is the #1 solution for a Broken Xbox 360 this is guaranteed to fix the problem click here to get your Xbox working.

The Manufacturing Technology Of LED Light Sources
LED light bulbs~ are built around solid-state semiconductor devices, so the developing process most closely is identical to that used in making electronic products like Computer mother boards.
Let's consider the manufacturing steps for a typical LED light bulb designed to replace a common incandescent bulb using an Edison Screw. You will find it is a very unique process from the highly programmed processes used to manufacture our familiar incandescent bulbs. And, regardless of what you might think, people are still very much a necessary part of the developing process, and not just for testing and Quality Assurance only.
Once the bigger sheets of LED circuit boards have passed through a solder reflow oven (a hot air furnace that melts the solder paste), these are broken up into separate small circuit boards and power leads manually soldered on.
The small power source housed in the body of the lamp goes through a similar process, or can be delivered complete from the other factory. In any event, the manufacturing steps are the same; first the PCB passes through SMT lines, then it would go to a manual dual in-line package (DIP) setup line where a long row of factory workers add one component at a time. DIP identifies the two parallel rows of leads projecting from every side of the package. DIP substances include all integral chips and chip sockets.
While LED lights burn in many cases longer than incandescent or CFLs and require less than half the energy, they need some kind of passive heatsink to keep the high-power LEDs from overheating. The LED circuit board, which is made from 1.6-2mm thick aluminum, will conduct the heat from the dozen or so LED elements to the metallic heatsink frame thus keep temperatures in check. Aluminum-backed PCBs are frequently called "metal core printed circuit boards," and though made from a conductive material the white coating is electrically isolating. The aluminum PCB is actually screwed in place within the heatsink which forms the lower half of the LED light bulb.
Shell setting up consists of safety locking the shell in place with screws. A plastic shell shelters the power supply and attaches with the metal heatsink and LED circuit board. Venting holes are included to allow hot air to escape. Wiring setup for plug socket needs soldering wires to the bulb plug. Then shell is connected.
Next, the final product LED light is sent to burn-in tests and quality control. The burn-in test typically lasts for 30 minutes. The final LED light bulb is then operated up to see if it is working appropriately and burned in for 30 minutes. There is also a high-voltage discharging and failure test and wattage and power factor test. Samples from producer run are verified for high-voltage leaks, power consumption, and power factor (efficiency).
After a final check to guarantee all the different aspects of the LED light are tighter, then it is fitted within individual boxes, and bulbs are delivered.
Therefore, if you have wondered why LED light bulbs are so highly-priced today, this explanation of how they are manufactured and how that compares to the production of traditional light bulbs should help. However, it also compares why the cost will drop pretty dramatically over the next couple of years. Just as the cost of manufacturing other semiconductor-based merchandise has fallen considerably due to standardization, mechanization and other key measures along the manufacturing training curve, similar inexorable forces will drive down the prices of LED light bulb production.

if my heatsink has pre applied thermal paste do i still need to put thermal paste on my cpu?
or is the thermal paste that comes with the heatsink sufficient?
it is not necessary, but in general it is a good idea to clean your heatsink and apply a better quality thermal paste such as Arctic Silver 5
Silicone sealant- heatsink paste?
