Question About My Car. Best Solution For Grill Pushed In?

I has slid and hit a curb and now the plastic bumper on my car has gotten pushed in and touches the fan so when I start my car it makes a lot of noise. Now no damage has been done to the car, only the plastic/steel touching the fan of it. I had talked to co-worker & he told me I could get a heat gun and heat the bumper and be able to pull it out so it's not touching the fan anymore. My friend said I should be able to get it out myself. Does this sound like it could work or should I just take it to a shop?

yes take it to the shop for the new plastic will need to be replaced for its not resalable thy dint brake MIT that also will not come bake to what thy one wear and you may not know but im thinking you may have also done damage to the fan and some of the fenders as well
